PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

An Opportunity Sports Performance operates an all year-round program. Each training session is approximately one hour in length. Our training incorporates a dynamic warm-up, speed, agility training, plyometrics, strength training, core training, and cool down.

SPEED CAMP

Our Speed Camp programs are specifically designed to:
